In Heaven's Shore you play as Captain Bart "Lion-Heart" Bailey, the former captain of the Hangman's Wallows. After being sent to hell for your deeds on Earth, Bailey looks to avenge his early death by pillaging Heaven for it's most sacred treasure, the prized gem at the summit.
Once reaching Heaven however, all is not well. The angels of the Skyland are not about to let Bailey corrupt their home without putting up a fight. Swarming the pirate, the battle begins...
Explore the
vast environment
and destroy it
We've built a large and reactive environment for our players. With our destructible system the player is able to interact and destroy a ton of different items within the game.
As you play, you will be greeted with hoards of angels, but along with slashing them, you can also slash boxes, crates, barrels, and much more!
Be the bad guy
In Heaven's Shore, you are the bad guy. You take advantage of your punishment to bring pain and suffering to the residents of the Skyland, and as you destroy the angels, you're also destroying the Skyland itself.
It's good to be bad.
Upgrade your stats
As you progress through heaven, you'll collect miracles from the slain angels. Use these miracles to upgrade your health, dash, gun, stomp, and sword at certain statues throughout the game.
With the upgrade system, you're able to take on the more difficult enemies that exist as you climb higher into the Skyland towards the summit.
Master combat with
demonic mana
In Heaven's Shore you gain special abilities from the deal with the spirit and transformation into a lowly soul into a demon.
With this mana you gain the ability to dash and to stomp. Use your stomp as an AoE and clear enemies from all around you when you get overwhelmed. Paired with your dash you can make a quick escape in tight situation, and travel up the Skyland faster.
Defeat the nimbus and
corrupt the Skyland
As we mentioned above, defeating the Nimbus is the only way to complete your mission. He will not allow his Skyland to be corrupted so easily.
Once you defeat the boss, watch the beautiful landscape of heaven turn dark and stormy. The gem is the lifeline of heaven, and without it, the Skyland will become corrupted by darkness, just as you were.
